1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing the use of the abc81 platform ("Platform" or "Site"). These Terms apply between the company operating abc81 ("Company") and every registered user of the platform ("you" or "User").

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

abc81 supports transactions via Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking channels. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct Bank Transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• If fraud is suspected in any transaction, abc81 reserves the right to suspend it while the matter is investigated.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

abc81 offers a variety of promotional offers for its users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply at all times.

Welcome Bonus:

• A 120% welcome bonus is provided on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not on the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games at abc81.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• abc81 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program:

The abc81 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games and sports betting services available on abc81:

• Each game has its own rules. It is recommended that you read the rules before starting a game.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In sports betting, abc81's decision is final in the event of any dispute over the result of a match, event, or market.
• abc81 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game or betting market at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or any kind of software.

• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards members of the support team.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

In the following circumstances, abc81 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement authority.
• At the user's own request (voluntary account closure).

Upon account closure, eligible balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 30 business days where possible; however, in cases of fraud or rule violations, the entire balance may be forfeited.
