abc81's Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
We believe entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it is controlled and mindful. At abc81, you have access to self-exclusion, deposit limits, and break features — keeping your gaming experience safe.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, it needs to be kept in check. abc81 believes that a player's mental and financial well-being is what matters most. That is why we do not just offer games — we actively work to ensure your experience stays safe.
When gambling shifts from entertainment to a problem, it can have a negative impact on personal relationships, financial stability, and mental health. To help prevent this, our platform offers a range of protective tools that help you set your own limits and play mindfully.
Please remember — gaming at abc81 is strictly for those aged 21 and above. We follow a rigorous age verification process to prevent access by minors.
Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team immediately. We are ready to help in Bengali, 24/7.
Our Protective Tools
The following features are always available at abc81 to keep your experience safe and in control.
Age Verification (21+)
Every user's age is verified when opening an account at abc81. Only individuals aged 21 and above are permitted to use the platform. This is part of our firm commitment to protecting minors.
Deposit Limits
You can set in advance how much you will deposit per day, per week, or per month. Setting these limits reduces the risk of overspending and makes it easier to play within your budget. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can close your account for a set period or permanently. Promotional communications are also paused during self-exclusion. This feature is easy to use and can be activated at any time.
Time-Out Feature
The time-out feature is ideal for short-term breaks. Choose a period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks — during this time, login and transactions will be temporarily suspended. It is an effective way to step back and return with a clear head.
Session Reminders
During extended play sessions, our system reminds you how long you have been playing. These automatic reminders keep you aware and help prevent you from losing track of time.
24/7 Support
For any issue — big or small — abc81's support team is always there for you. Help is available in Bengali and English via live chat or email. If anyone is concerned about their gaming, we point them toward the right support.
Signs of Problematic Gambling
To help yourself or a loved one, the problem must first be identified. Be cautious if you notice any of the following signs:
- Continuing to play repeatedly to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
- Hiding gaming activity from family or friends
- Spending more time gaming at the expense of daily tasks, family, or work
- Feeling restless or irritable when not playing
- Gaming with borrowed money or funds meant for essential expenses
- Repeatedly trying to stop but failing to do so
- Seeing gaming as the only way to relieve stress or sadness
Safe Gaming Habits
Build these habits for a healthy and enjoyable gaming experience:
- Treat gaming as entertainment only, not a way to earn money
- Set a time and money limit before each session
- Take a break after a loss — do not continue playing on impulse
- Use abc81's deposit limit and time-out features regularly
- Spend time with family and friends — enjoy life beyond gaming
- Only play with money you can afford to lose — not funds set aside for essential expenses
